Internal Sales Executive

We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a distribution company based between Brierley Hill and Stourbridge. This role will suit someone who is bright, determined, driven, and used to working in a target driven environment

Main duties of the role will be:
Calling existing customers, developing your own customer base.
Prospecting customers daily to drive business forward.
Looking to chase and convert sales quotations.
Account managing a large number of customers
Supporting a team of sales Representatives
Researching companies, generating leads via internet, social media and other relevant channels.
The successful candidate will have the following skills.
Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
Previous B2B sales experience
 Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
 Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin.
 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
 Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
 Good attention to detail.
 Strong communication skills.
 Enthusiastic and sociable.
