Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customers to understand what is important, whether that’s working in stores, taking calls on customer services or stocktaking in our warehouse. We are all in it together – We are Bravissimo!

* Manage and develop a US and a UK website that is an effective platform for building our customer experience and meeting our commercial target.

* Use analysis and insight to review website performance and drive improvements.

* Trade the website as effectively as possible, ensuring we make it as easy to shop as possible for our customers and the website is always putting our best foot forward.

* This includes working with wider stakeholders (product, supply and customer services) to ensure we are presenting the most relevant products, collections and journeys to customers.

* Maintain excellent knowledge of website performance trends, so you can use this knowledge to provide expert commentary and proactively recommend changes.

* Own the ecommerce roadmap; develop the business case for initiatives, prioritise them, gain sign-off, report any issues to stakeholders, review and share performance post-delivery.

* Act as the Product Owner for the website, defining functionality required for both projects and BAU activity, answering questions from developers and signing-off on completion.

* Own the development backlog and steer prioritisation of tasks and projects.

* Work closely with the development team to ensure website changes are delivered to high standards, i.e. with good UX and thoroughly tested.

* Ensure the site is kept up to date and aligned with wider campaign messaging.

* Manage SEO across both sites, including managing the SEO agency and implementation with the dev team and direct reports, to ensure we are continually improving our site rankings.

* Lead the Ecommerce Executive and Online Marketing Intern to deliver smooth seasonal product launches and ongoing page improvements.

* Support the development of your direct reports, so they achieve their potential.

* Have a real focus on our brand and with customer experience at the heart of development.

* Work cross-functionally to ensure other areas of the business have the information required about the website, it’s performance and understand prioritisation decisions.

About you

You will:

* Be an experienced website manager, with 3+ years’ experience running and optimising websites.

* Be highly commercial and an expert GA4 user, someone who enjoys reviewing data to identify opportunities and is comfortable reporting on performance.

* Be a strong communicator who is able to balance creativity and passion for our brand with a keen commercial eye.

* Need an excellent understanding of and instinct for Bravissimo’s brand, and a passion for inspiring our customers.
