My fantastic client based in Warwick are looking for a number of field engineers to support the large windows 10 upgrade going on throughout the organisation. This role is a perfect opportunity for an IT engineer looking to move from a service desk/1st line role to a more hands on, field role!
This role will be on site so will require engineers to have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.
Outlook setup, Exchange and O365 as well as Hardware installs
Printer and scanner configuration
Permissions on files and folders
Desktop AV and End Point Security
Basic Networking knowledge
Desk side customer support
Active Directory (Basic administration)
Software and hardware auditing
Support web based and 3rd party apps
Support Service Desk with escalated issues.
Experience moving PC's from W7 to W10
Experience migrating domains
Expeience working in a large end user base organisation across multiple sites
This role is inside IR35 so will require you to go through an umbrella company. Due to current circumstances interviews will take place via teams.
Rate: Up to £115 per day dependant on experience (attractive mileage payment for travel from site to site)
Contract Length: 4 months initial
