Job Title: Project Manager – Architectural Glazing
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40k – £50k
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring a Project Manager to work with a well-established, architectural glazing contractor in Leicester.
Duties of a Project Manager
Supervision of design
Effective management of Projects from receipt of order to completion
Effective liaison with all stakeholders
Periodic reporting
Oversight of site activities
Manage resources efficiently
Supervision of Health & Safety including risk assessments and method statements
Quality Management
Sign off and completion certificates
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
SMSTS
CSCS Black or Gold Card
Experience within the construction market
Specific experience and competence in the facades sector
Experience of Commercial Glazing
Strong IT, and in particular use of spreadsheets and excel formulas
Demonstrable track record of delivery
Attention to detail, communication skills and ability to influence
