Essential Qualifications:

* A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy, with a valid HCPC license.

* Eligibility to work in the UK.

* A rich post-graduate experience, spanning at least five years, ideally with evidence of academic pursuits at Level 7.

* A proven track record of leadership in previous roles.

Core Responsibilities:

* Steer the management of a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal cases, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and HCPC standards.

* Spearhead weekly clinical discussions, mentoring the team, and enhancing internal training programs.

* Manage clinic operations, including staff scheduling and maintaining internal KPIs, in harmony with the clinic's strategic objectives.
