AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious Global Client based in Nuneaton, for a Administrator/Internal Sales Representative (within the Hygiene Industry) to join their growing team.

Based - Nuneaton, CV11

Term - Permanent

Salary - £25048 per annum

Working Hours - 08:30am until 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Start Date - ASAP

**Candidates MUST have previous Sales Experience B2B**

Your mission:

As the Internal Sales for UK, you are in charge of:

• Actively calling the customer and prospect base to promote the product line.
• Maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships.
• Acquisition of new customers and creation of sales opportunities in other market segments.
• Developing and increasing sales revenue to meet business and personal goals.
• Creating quotes and monthly order follow ups.
• Taking orders or requests for samples, doing everything possible to ensure delivery and follow up.
• Creating an annual sales plan to support organizational strategy and goals.
• Monitoring Sales Orders along with the Customer Service Representative.
• Providing recommendations and add on sales of products/accessories.
• Providing after sales service/technical assistance on products.
• Liaising between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.

Your profile:

• You have 1-3 years’ experience in an active Inside Sales role
• You’re able to handle stressful situations in a professional way, have a positive thinking, are tenacious and a team player
• You are customer focused and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are flexible and can work in a fast and demanding environment in multitasking mode
• You can manage priorities and you have an eye for details
• You are a problem-solver
• You have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have good knowledge retention
• You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
