Service Charge Team Leader

We are looking for a Service Charge team leader to join the team of a well-established organisation on a permanent basis. This role is offering a hybrid working model, the ability to further your skills and a location with great transport links.

Mon- Fri/ 37 hour week

As a Service Charge team leader, your main duties will be:

Assessing costs from services provided to customers.
Assisting the team in budget monitoring costs at cost centre level
Leading the team in recovering costs and calculating annual service charge bills
Maintaining the service charge module
Reviewing procedures and streamline current procedure and
Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring the work flows within the team, allocating responsibilities to team members and reporting Performance Indicators on the team's outputs.
To be successful as a Service charge team leader, you will have:

Knowledge of the production of reconciliations to strict deadlines (incl. resolution of reconciling items).
Ability to use and develop integrated computer systems
Proven high level working of Microsoft Excel
Ability to evaluate report results for reasonableness
Ability to liaise with all levels of staff
