An automotive component manufacturer with sites across Europe require a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor to supervise the daily activities of the supply chain launch team. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in a fast paced preferably automotive manufacturing environment.
Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge
Salary: £47,000 - £49,000 p.a. +Benefits

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager you will have the following duties:
-Plan, organise and conduct activities within its area in an effective manner towards achieving common objectives within the plant.
-Take action to ensure the supply chain team achieve the relevant operational KPI's.
-Supervise the team's activities relating to the conversion of demand plans, build plans and realistic supply chain schedules.
The Person
Educated to degree level or in a recognised qualification in supply chain or logistics, you will have the following experience:
-Extensive experience in supervising a supply chain & logistics team in a fast paced preferably automotive manufacturing environment.
-Significant experience in new product and new program introductions.
-Good knowledge of problem solving techniques.
