RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (Midlands)
We are currently looking for committed and talented individual to join our transport recruitment team – operating out of our Wolverhampton & Birmingham locations
Duties:
To provide the day to day running of busy transport plan
Liaising directly with companies & agency staff
Developing new & existing business
Organizing start times & checking work availability
Supporting customers with additional requirements
Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service
Interviewing new candidates, assessing suitability & verifying documents
Answering calls identifying any new opportunities
Required:
Computer skills essential – Especially Excel
Previous knowledge of the transport industry will be an advantage
Stable work history
Good telephone manner
Flexible approach
Own transport
Starting salary for the role will £25,000 p.a.
A successful candidate will progress on to the company commission scheme
31 days holiday per year (including stats)
