Recovery Team Leader

Domus Recruitment are working with a brilliant charity based in Redditch that are looking for a Team Leader to oversee their supported living service supporting service users with Mental Health needs. 
Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

Undertake and be responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision and support of the Staff.
Deployment of staff according to assessed needs
Be responsible in supporting the Registered Services Manager in the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Lead and direct the staff team to support individual’s with complex communication needs and a range of physical and learning difficulties.
Promote positive communication to enable the individual to achieve their hopes, goals and aspirations, maximising the individual’s quality of life and minimising their behaviours of concern.
Support the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical wellbeing and the material needs of the individual within their own home.
Be responsible for ensuring compliance is set out in line with CQC guidelines.
Building positive partnerships.
Organising person-centred reviews.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the need of individuals with Mental Health needs, would be a distinct advantage.
Full driver’s license is also an advantage.
