We are seeking an experienced and passionate OFSTED Registered Manager, for our children's service in Birmingham. The candidate should be motivated and dedicated to delivering a quality service with Ofsted and aspiring to reach outstanding. Working as a Registered Manager you must be willing to go above and beyond for the needs of the young people and lead your team.
The candidate will either need to have already completed, or be willing to complete, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
The candidate would need to go through the Ofsted registration process and be interviewed by Ofsted to be become legally responsible.
The Registered manager will be working alongside an experied RI. This would be a full time role. You’ll be based at the home. You would be required to be ‘on call’ . You would be managing a staff team which will grow next year and you will be supported by a deputy manager along with senior support workers
