Purpose of the Role:
Production of all Monthly Applications for Payment (AFPs) and Final Accounts, in partnership with the individual Project Managers. This role will ensure contractual compliance with the reporting and payment needs of our clients. Additionally the role will provide Commercial Assistance to the wider Team. This will include Variation Cost compilation, the obtaining of Quotations from Suppliers, or collation of evidence to support Final Accounts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Production and Submission of all Applications For Payment.
* Collaboration with Project Managers regarding the content of Each AFP.
* Ownership & Maintenance of the AFP tracker.
* The chasing of overdue Payment Certificates/Remittances, including proactive monitoring and contacting customers by email and telephone.
* Production of Status Reports.
* Prepare Substantiation Packs for submittal with AFPs.
* Promote a smooth customer journey, whilst ensuring WG’s contractual compliance and internal governance. Build and maintain internal & external relationships.
* Daily Meetings with Individual PMs.
* Ensure accuracy in all areas of input and submission.
* Production of Covering Letters.
* Escalation of queries raised by our Clients.
* Take pride in all activities, ensuring that work is completed on time, to a high standard and in line with Departmental Processes and Procedures.
* Uphold the values of the organization, interacting with professionalism, respect and integrity.
* Participation in additional projects and activities, as directed by the Head of Department.

Experience & Qualifications
* Required: Microsoft Office fluency. Excellent Presentation & Writing Skills.
* Required: Experience with Customer interactions.
* Required: Knowledge of Transactional Finance/Working with Financial Documentation.
* Highly Preferable: Experience within a Construction Industry Finance/Accounts Dept.
* Highly Preferable: Working knowledge of Nav/BC365.
