Teaching Assistant SEN - Stafford

Salary: £80- £100 per day
The School/role:
We are working with a school within the Stafford area that are seeking two committed and motivated teaching assistants. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience supporting students 1:1 or in small groups. The team within the school are very supportive and will help you along the way. The staff in the school aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. This job opportunity is very rewarding for people who have teaching assistant experience.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teaching Assistant level 2 or 3 OR Relevant SEN Background
* SLD, MLD, ASD and Complex needs experience.
* Positive Handling / Team Teach training
* Immediately available
* Relevant references
* Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
* Enhanced DBS – on the update service
We are currently looking for talented teaching assistants, experienced working with SEND pupils, who can join a fantastic school local to Stafford. This role will include working on a 1:1 basis with a child who has ASD, SEMH needs and can display challenging behaviour. The role includes working 1:1 assisting a child in the school supporting behaviour, concentration and learning.
