Role - Service Manager
Salary - £34,000 basic with OTE £45,000
Location - Stoke
Richard Abson Group are on the look out for an experienced Service manager to work running the aftersales department in a main dealership of 7 technicians and 2 advisors.
Role and responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service department, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
* To communicate with the customer regarding the repairs and any additional work required, providing excellent customer service and duty of care.
* Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and negotiate service agreements.
* Proactively address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
* Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance department performance and profitability.
Skills you need
* Knowledge and experience of working as part of a service department (1 year minimum)
* Strong drive to succeed with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
* Knowledge of multiple brands and their service requirements is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
