Job Title: General Operative
Location: Evesham
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – morning shift

As a General Operative in Evesham, your primary responsibility will be to assist with various tasks within the designated work area. You will work under the supervision of a team leader or supervisor and collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities:
Perform general duties such as packing, sorting, and labelling products according to the provided guidelines.
Operate machinery or equipment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment.
Monitor production processes, making adjustments as required to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Follow established procedures for handling and storing materials or products.
Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including clearing any hazards or obstacles.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying objects.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
