Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager
We are actively looking to engage with a Senior Site Manager who is possibly looking to work with another site manager to pass on your expertise, background and knowledge. This role would ideally meet the requirements of a mature individual who has extensive skills within refurbishment and maintenance area of construction. perhaps a site manager who is looking to retire in the next 3-5 years.
The ideal Senior Site Manager will have an outstanding background within refurbishment and maintenance across shop fitting and hotel refurbishments.
This position is primarily site based but will require office visits for meetings and reporting. You will be responsible for both staff and clients ensuring that the contract is run in a very professional fashion. Utilising your IT skills for management and client reporting you will also have the ability to manage, guide your direct and sub contracted staff to ensure that work progresses to client SLA's.
