We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, experienced Production Managers to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be from an Automotive background, ideally with some experience with robot welding cells, and knowledge of lean manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
Responsibilities will include leading a multi-discipline team of operators, driving process improvements, managing the production of daily / weekly and monthly targets in line with business forecasting, and to develop and deliver improvement plans to achieve and better plant KPIs.
