Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part time Transport Administrator for our client in Aldridge. As a Transport Administrator you will manage the process of customer order’s, work closely with the administration team and couriers.

Part time Transport Administrator Responsibilities:

Liaising with internal sales and admin staff regarding the status of deliveries.

Liaising with external suppliers and couriers regarding the status of deliveries.

Booking shipments to and from our UK office and Irish warehouse.

Taking deliveries, unpacking boxes and sorting goods accordingly.

Packing boxes, building pallets and preparing goods for safe transit.

Management of the company stock system.

Commercial invoicing.

Light export documentation.

Monitoring and reporting on logistics resources, such as boxes and packaging materials.

Managing eBay listings.

Daily recycling and rubbish removal.

Part time Transport Administrator Details:

Hours:16 hours per week

Salary: £8,000.00 - £10,000.00 depending on experience

Hours: Flexible hours between 9.00am to 4.00pm

Duration: Permanent
