Electroplating Plant Operative

We are currently recruiting a Plant Operative responsible for overseeing and maintaining the electroplating process of Chrome and Nickle finished products. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients electroplating process to achieve their daily production objectives. 

This permanent role involves working alone although supervised to ensure all daily targets are completed effectively and safely.
Hours -
Monday - Thursday - 6:00am - 2:30pm 
Friday - 6:00am - 11:00am 
Pay -  
£15.00 per hour.
 
Key Responsibilities and Experience - 

Experience of operating and performing electroplating processes
Prepare electroplating plant machinery
Operating semi - automated plant machinery 
Prepare and maintain electroplating process methods
Prepare and maintain electroplating solution tanks  
Adhere to waste regulations, effluent recycle process and waste disposal procedures
Manage production cycle, including time frames and daily batch processesSkills & Experience required:

Operational electroplating processes
Ph level testing and reporting
Effluent and waste product practices
Attention to detail, Q.C checks (visual)
Documentation reporting and completion
Process method analysis and reporting
Maintaining process solution stock levels and reordering
Manual dexterity to achieve and report daily production targets.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Reporting and communicating within your department.
