We are looking for an all-round SEO Specialist who can plan and implement both the technical and content aspects of SEO, across a variety of digital channels. You will be joining a well-established organisation and be given the opportunity to shape and inform the SEO strategy within an e-commerce environment.

You'll be joining a growing Digital Marketing team, reporting directly into the Digital Acquisition Manager, based in a state-of-the-art, open plan office just outside Warwick and Leamington Spa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to take ownership of coordinating the delivery/implementation of on-site content, and also supporting off-site and technical improvements.
You will be needed to analyse, strategise and improve on-site content, with SEO improvement being a key measure, whilst supporting paid media activities, in accordance with the wider Search strategy, set by the Digital Marketing Director and the Digital Acquisition Manager.
* Keywords research and content creation across a variety of digital channels
* Reporting and performance analysis, making recommendations to promote growth and achieve internal KPI's
* Identifying opportunities for additional traffic drivers and conversion rate optimisation
* Developing channel messaging and continuously optimising content
* Working with the Digital Marketing team to ensure integrated campaign execution and approach
You will be an SEO enthusiast with around 2-4 years' experience. You will have expertise in keyword research and content creation, demonstrating success in improving keyword rankings. You will also be a creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, you will have an understanding of how SEO can support and complement other acquisition channels, and potentially have experience of other paid-for digital activity.
