Job Description:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution and delivery. Responsibilities include:

* Attending project start-up meetings and familiarizing yourself with project details and specifications.

* Collating technical submittals and managing them through approval processes.

* Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and labour tracking.

* Maintaining weekly progress reports and managing changes/variations.

* Liaising with main contractors and client-based site teams.

* Overseeing coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.

* Ensuring availability of adequate materials for project completion.

* Implementing construction and commissioning programs on site.

* Generating biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvement plans.

* Managing the handover process and maintaining the Document Management System.

* Conducting project-specific scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors.

* Attending general site meetings and communicating innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.

* Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects (up to £5M)

* SMSTS / Black SMSTS (preferred)

* Experience in supervising teams.
