Minimum Requirements
QTS or QTLS Qualification
Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Outstanding classroom practitioner
Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organizational skills
Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
