You will be instrumental in supporting the Engineering Director with projects that will directly contribute to improved efficiency and productivity. Your day-to-day tasks will involve technical drawing creation and amendments as part of our bespoke service. You will also provide technical support, working closely with our manufacturing partners and purchasing department to ensure the correct specifications are produced and manufactured off-site.
Responsibilities and Duties

Following instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings.
*
Taking verbal direction and implementing it into technical drawings.
*
Coordinating filing, storage, and retrieval of drawings.
*
Being able to define problems and find solutions for them.
*
Knowledge of using different software to convey instructions, technical specifications, assembly procedures, measurements, and customer requirements.
*
Marketing support, a knowledge of Adobe software

Education.
We are looking for candidates with a suitable level of education, ranging from GCSE to higher education at a university or college, with a focus on engineering and manufacturing. Appropriate levels of BTEC, City and Guilds, modern apprenticeship, HNC, and HND, with a specific focus on CAD, are also desirable.
