Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Fitters mate to support and assist engineers on an afternoon shift to join our clients friendly and energetic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working within a production setting, using modern tools and equipment to assemble components, weld and fit pipes, wires, and other various parts. We are seeking someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow detailed work plans, and provide high-quality workmanship while adhering to strict safety standards.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 11:00pm - 21:00pm
40 hour week
Job responsibilities:
* Use hand tools and power tools in order to fabricate complex components.
* Have experience with MIG & ARC welding
* Work with engineers and assist to create parts and systems.
* Follow blueprints and diagrams in order to fabricate parts.
* Use callipers to measure materials accurately.
* Be physically fit
