Project Administrator:
Role Purpose
The Project Administrator will be based At the Ansaldo Offices in Wolverhampton and will work flexibly to provide support to ANL projects under the direction of the Project Manager and Site Managers.
Key Activities / Decision Area
General assistance with day to day administrative and organisational tasks required during project delivery, including but not limited to:

* Liaising with project teams to ensure accurate and up to date organisation of records.
* Setting up and maintaining spread sheets to register project information using varied systems to match the demands of the project.
* Copying and printing of project output for formal issue and / or use on site.
* Meeting & venue organisation/scheduling
* Taking and circulation of meeting minutes
* Managing and maintaining project action list/ Chasing outstanding actions
* Maintain the project Calendar
* Chasing contractors for prompt issue of their own minutes
* Providing support in other areas such as booking deliveries to site, archiving, travel arrangements, accommodation booking, meeting booking, maintenance of office supplies etc.
* Support the project team to ensure everyone has what is needed to keep the project on track
* Assistance with report/document preparation
* Information collection/collation
* Managing & hosting visitors to site and new starters, including submitting pass forms & visit forms on the required IT systems.
* Maintenance of printer and IT consumables.
* Maintaining site team SQEP records & organising training as required.
Role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience
Essential
• Basic understanding of document control processes
• Good organisational skills
• Previous administration experience.
• Competent user of IT systems & software packages.
• Current SC Clearance with at least 12 months remaining.
Desirable
• Experience working in Nuclear / Defence
• Experience with using CEMAR & Microsoft Vault
• Basic understanding of NEC3 Contracts
