Are you an experienced and dynamic financial adviser looking for a new opportunity? We are a well-established chartered firm seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Independent Financial Adviser.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Service existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
* Pensions Focus: Strong knowledge of pensions is essential, as approximately 60% of your work will revolve around pension-related matters.
* Lead Generation: Benefit from a steady stream of leads originating from existing clients and professional connections.
* Client Portfolio: Manage a diverse client base with a minimum portfolio size of 100k on average
* Office and Field Work: Primarily office-based with regular client visits to ensure a well-rounded and effective advisory service.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 4 qualification, chartered status preferred but not mandatory.
* Proven experience in financial advising, with a strong focus on pensions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
* A proactive approach to generating new business alongside servicing existing clients.
