What you'll be doing;

Working within Veolia's hazardous waste customer services department
Processing customer enquiries and bookings
Dealing with internal and external customer queries relating to the disposal of Hazardous Waste
Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure that calls from customers are dealt with swiftly and effectively
Ensuring the correct information is provided to customers including, quotations, booking of transport, inputting waste details and order labels
All data is entered into Salesforce system

What we're looking for;

Previous telephone customer service experience is essential
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate and experience using Salesforce is desirable
