We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading dairy firm in Wolverhampton as a Commercial Property Solicitor
Since our beginnings in 1972 as a small wholesaler, we have grown into one of the largest independent and family-run dairy suppliers in the Midlands and beyond. We always aim to provide the freshest and highest quality milk and dairy products at competitive prices. There are no third parties involved with our process which allows us to provide a faster, more efficient and reliable supply of products, using our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles within our geographical distribution area.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for varied duties spanning across broad and complex caseloads. You will represent our business, advising on matters such as:
• The sale, purchase and lease of land or property.
• Development, infrastructure and planning projects.
• Property finance and investment.
• Leasehold management.
• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Regeneration projects.
• The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.
• Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.
• Property litigation.
You will also be required to carry out BAU activities such as employment contracts etc and ensuring we are legally compliant making sure the company and is operating in the correct manner. You will also be advising on other properties owned by the proprietor.
We offer a bespoke wholesale delivery service throughout the Midlands and beyond and provide wholesale foods and dairy products.
We are a major supplier of milk & dairy products to trade and wholesale customers throughout the Midlands and beyond. We supply milk, cream and other related dairy produce to several large wholesale customers across the region as well as other food service customers serving the trade and retail sectors.
As well as the trade & wholesale sectors we supply a number of Local Education Authorities (LEAs) and Hospital Trusts. We directly supply hospitals and schools throughout the Midlands and beyond.
