What you need to know about the role
Managing the steel service centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, you will lead the team and be responsible for all sales and operational activities, reporting to the sales director for the Construction business.

You will lead the team with the key objective of driving profitability, by achieving sales targets, maintaining and improving on site health & safety compliance, ensuring stock utilisation and leading on various business improvement projects to increase efficiencies, and provide the highest standard of customer service.

The role of general manager for the service centre provides an exciting opportunity for growth.

Being part of the wider British Steel group, you have the opportunity and support to actively engage in wider business engagements and activities.
