£26,298 to £30,375 per annum

We are looking for somebody that can quickly build rapport with students using a variety of pastoral techniques and keep accurate records of attendance and progress. As a Tutorial Learning Mentor, you would play a vital role in supporting our student’s pastoral needs, achievement and contributing to them progressing to higher education employment and promising futures.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of learning, promote independent learning outside of the classroom and provide additional extended 1:1 and group study activities across the curriculum areas. Candidates will be learner and quality focused, their learners will be constantly stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential and they will accept nothing other than outstanding outcomes and levels of performance.
