Our Client is looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Team Leader with a background in machine repair, PPM and problem solving at their Goldthorpe Distribution site.
What you can expect in this role:
Leading a team of Engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance
Completing planned and preventative maintenance yourself, when needed
Day to day machine breakdown resolution
Arranging subcontractors for PPM and reactive maintenance
Creating Maintenance plans, and logging maintenance on a data base
A flexible work schedule
What we need from you:
Be an experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years Industrial / Manufacturing or related experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
Have previous experience in a fast paced engineering environment.
Be able to support a team and work together to overcome challenges
Be able to work under your own initiative
Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.
Be able to create PPM plans and lead a team to complete them.
What we can offer you:
A Salary of £44,880 (increasing to 48,130 in year 2)
45 Hours a week
