The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
Supervision of a team of 6 multiskilled engineers
Management and planning of PPM and reactive maintenance schedules
Organisation of labour, ensuring workloads are distributed amongst the team
Overseeing compliance across the site
Management of subcontractors, issuing RAMS, permits, and completing site audits
Assisting with the supervision of H&S across site
Participating in emergency escalation calls when required
The Maintenance Supervisor will have:
C&G Level Electrical or Mechanical
Experience as a supervisor
