Are you a Parts Supervisor or similar with a background within automotive industry, looking for the opportunity to move into management in one of the leading supplier of replacement parts for cars and vans in the UK, in a role that offers training and progression routes and a lucrative bonus structure?

This company is one of the UK's market-leading distributors of replacement parts for cars and vans. They have 12 locations across the Midlands and South Yorkshire areas., they aim to enhance staff skills through access to their in house training academy based in the head office and increased benefits for service with a strong commitment to promoting staff from within.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Branch manager, assisting with the smooth running of the branch. In a hands on role, providing direct support to sales and parts advisors, assisting through providing technical support for customers over the phone or at the sales desk. It will be your responsibility to help drive the Branches growth through motivating sales and parts advisors to hit there KPI targets.

This role will be suited to a Parts Supervisor or similar looking for a role that can offer a route to become branch manager and access to a lucrative bonus structure that can help boost your earnings.

The Role:
* Technical reference to customers and staff
* Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
* Help lead a tight-knit team
* Monday to Friday 40 hour week
* Alternate Saturday Shift 08:00 - 13:00

The Person:
* Parts Supervisor or similar
* Automotive background
* Commutable to Barnsley
