IMH Recruitment are seeking a reliable Driver to join our clients transports team based in Barnsley.
The successful applicant will hold a full clean UK Driving Licence and be 25 or over.
Responsibilities:
* Driving the company vans with a slinger to both short and long-haul sites, collecting machinery to be returned to the main yard in Barnsley.
* Depending on the location you will be required to stay away for 1-2 days per week, this will be covered by the company, and you will be paid for travel.
* On days where collections aren’t scheduled you will be required to support in the yard stripping down materials, operating machinery, loading & unloading vehicles, and use of hand tools.
Hours & Pay
* Normal working hours Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30 (Additional hours is travelling long haul)
* £11.50 p/h + Over time when applicable
Experience
* Minimum of 2years driving experience.
* Ability to handle heavy lifting when loading and unloading.
* Proficient in driving various types of vehicles
