Our client, a leading roofing and cladding company established in the 80's, is seeking a Roofing & Cladding Draughtsman to join their team. This well-established company serves local councils, building contractors, and private clients, having grown into one of the largest contractors in the region. They manage projects from concept through design to installation, covering a wide range of disciplines and products used in today's construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed drawings and plans for roofing and cladding projects.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project specifications.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce precise technical drawings.
Modify existing drawings to reflect changes and updates in project scope.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on roofing and cladding.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
