About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide crucial support by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
You will deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a conducive learning environment, maintaining discipline and promoting engagement.

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, following the school's policies and procedures.
Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting the learning and progress of students, providing assistance when necessary.
Collaborating with teaching staff and school leadership to uphold high standards of education and student welfare.Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role within a school setting is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Adaptability and resilience to effectively manage diverse classroom situations.
