Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities to meet individual needs and promote academic progress.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their confidence, independence, and social skills development.
Support students with personal care and mobility needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential, ideally within a school setting.
A patient and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to support the diverse needs of students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students and the school community.
Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEND would be advantageous.Start Date: Immediate start available
