We are currently recruiting for an experienced facilities coordinator for our client based in Bradford BD1.

The role will be responsible for the performance management of buildings and facilities reporting all issues to the appropriate help desks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective communication for site
Monitor and audit IFM service
Manage all open issues
Escalate trends and emerging issues
Identify areas of improvement in delivery of service
Meet with service lines on a regular basis
Ensure all help desk calls are monitored to a conclusion
Carry out meeting room checks throughout the day, report any faults to the relevant department
Meeting room management and support
Maintain seating plans
Manage lost property
Experience

Previous experience working in a corporate/hotel environment
Strong customer and client focus
Help desk systems knowledge
Attention to detail
Previous experience within a similar role
