We are working with a multi-national engineering company, with offices in Keighley, to secure the services of a Part Time Customer Service Advisor. The role will see you engaging with the company's customers who will be using the company's products in premises throughout the UK.
The hours are 7am to 11am, Monday to Friday. Every 3 weeks you will be required to work on Saturday and Sunday but will be given 2 days off throughout the week to account for that.
To be considered for the role you should be comfortable communicating with people via email and telephone. You should be organised with the ability to use a variety of computer programmes (especially Word, Excel & Outlook), and have a decent command of UK geography.
