HPCareers are currently assisting our client who now has an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant.

Duties:
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Statement Reconciliation
• Purchase Ledger payments
• Supporting the Finance Manager and team

Person Specification:
• Experience in a Finance office
• Good knowledge of Sage and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and external contacts
