The Client Manager will be responsible for your own client base, encompassing tasks such as account preparation, gathering personal tax return information, and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines. Duties and responsibilities will also involve controlling department WIP, responding to both client and third party queries in a timely manner and delivering high quality financial information.

Key skills and experience sought:

Previous experience in a practice environment
AAT qualification with experience or ACCA/ACA qualification
Positive and supportive approach to managing junior members of staff
Proven ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication
Capacity to prioritize workloads efficiently
