Description

A generalist HR Advisor role
First point of contact for all HR related queries
Employee Relations, performance management, absence management
Review, implement and manage HR policies, processes and procedures
Maintain and update HRIS, employee contracts
Processing starters, leavers, payroll info
Manage and promote company benefits
Partner management teamProfile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

A degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven working experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer
People-oriented and results-driven mentality
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyJob Offer
