Excel Resourcing is working in partnership with one of the leading transport haulage companies in Doncaster to recruit a full time Distribution Coordinator.

In this role you will provide efficient and effective administrative support within a busy and friendly office environment. The role will require a high level of customer service skills and knowledge of the automotive and vehicle logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and co-ordinate various logistics providers.

* Engage with external logistics suppliers to ensure accurate and up to date information is provided regarding vehicle and motorcycle movements

* Accurately and efficiently administer all Open Delivery, Direct Delivery, Retailer Transfer, Self-Collect and Motorcycle requests.

* Monitor, record, and report on performance of all contracted logistics suppliers using various Excel based worksheets.

* Manage and resolve telephonic and Email queries.

The person:

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Excellent and confident communication skills.

* High level of Excel experience would be required.

This is full time position working Monday to Friday 37.5H a week
