Production / forklift driver

At WorkLyf Group we are hiring Production Operatives for our client in Doncaster in the rail industry.

Primary Function

To undertake varied labouring activities and provide assistance to the team as instructed, while at all times carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with the Company’s HSEQ Policy. Responsible for the quality of own work, cleaning and tidying of work area. To work effectively and with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications/Experience

Depending on the exact nature of the job, some or all of the following may be required:

· NVQ Level 2 Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent

· English and Math’s at GCSE, or equivalent, desirable

· City & Guilds Basic Skills in Construction award or recognized equivalent

· Has experience with forklift trucks

· Has a driving licence

· Has experience with overhead cranes or is willing to learn

· Would be willing to learn how to drive and be part of ground staff for locomotive movements

Hours - Mixture of days, noons and nights

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £12.00 per hour
