Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and candidate profiles.
* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referals and networking.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for available positions.
* Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring successful placements.
* Deliver exceptional customer service that sets iRecruit UK apart.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in call centres, tele-sales, B2B sales, customer service or administration is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping others achieve their career goals.
* Ambition, drive and a hunger for success.
* Full UK Driving Licence
