Description
* Leading a team across various sites in the local area
* Attending management meetings
* Ensure services meet KPI and standards
* Participate in case concerns
* Collate and report stats
* Monitor delivery and performance of the service
Profile
* Degree in relevant subject ie Social Work, Nursing, Counselling
or
* Diploma in Health & Social Care and ILM Level 5 in Leadership/Management
* Knowledge of substance effects
* Understanding of recovery movement
* Knowledge of mental health
* Experience leading a team
* Flexible as the main location is Doncaster but you are required to travel and work at other local sites
Job Offer
* Permanent Contract
* Salary between £30-40k depending upon qualifications and experience
