Are you a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the industrial manufacturing sector? We have an exciting opening for an HSE Officer to join our team in Doncaster. With a focus on health, safety, and environmental initiatives, this role offers the chance to make a real impact and drive positive change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness and understanding of HSE policies and procedures.
Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices, and proactively implement changes as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
