Line Leader/Machine Operator

Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader/Machine Operative! Join the Staffline team working at our industry-leading meat production site.
Staffline is recruiting Line Leader/Machine Operatives to work in Doncaster.
The role is Temp to perm after 12 weeks for the right candidates once training completed.
Full training will be provided for this position.
The rate of pay is £14.17- £30.34 per hour.
This is a full-time role, working fixed day or night shifts Monday - Friday. The hours of work are:
- Days: 6am to 4pm
- Nights: 8pm to 5am
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Line Leader/Machine Operative include:
- To be responsible for all film changes
- Conducting all die changes when required using the correct spacer all nuts and bolts present
- Monitoring machine progress on-going
- Selecting the correct programs applicable for die set
- Ensuring machine is running at correct speed to fulfil targets set
- Conducting machine start-up check sheet
- Loading/unloading packing/equipment with the correct products or packaging
- Controlling the correct specification of final product
- Controlling the Machine using the correct settings to prevent damage to equipment
- Understanding and having full knowledge of VL identification
- Fullying understanding of the giveaway process and control this to optimise profitability
- Correctly controling the separation of different specifications and VL products on the line
- Loaders/Fillers- unloading/loading mince into the machine effectively, following all Health, safety & food hygiene/safety procedures

No previous experience is required in this position as full training will be provided.
