UK Business Development Manager – Hybrid
Up to £45,000+ (OTE)
UK Business Development Manager, overview:
As a B2B BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth with key clients. This position requires a diligent individual to manage their calendar and spend 2-3 days per week in market visiting customers to develop business opportunities and build meaningful relationships.
Duties of the UK Business Development Manager include:
Identify and target potential B2B clients that align with the company’s ideal target customer profile.
Using existing and extensive prospect lists to connect, meet and develop business opportunities.
Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to acquire new clients and secure contracts.
Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through lead generation and nurturing.
Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts within clients and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt execution of promised services, supported with consistent communications and updates to all prospective client stakeholders.
Keep the CRM system updated with all customer contact, planning, and setting forward calls and visits, and meticulously updating customer/prospect details as required.
Maintain an accurate pipeline at all times ensuring opportunities are regularly updated throughout various customer interactions.

Benefits of the UK Business Development Manager role includes:
Salary: £45k including a car or car allowance
Bonus: £12-15k bonus based on hitting spend targets
Hours: Mon-Fri; office hours are 7.30am-4.30pm Mon to Fri, but this role is to be managed according to workload and own diary
Holidays: 25 plus stats (usually 8)
