What Will You Do as a Sales Representative?

Drive new business initiatives, targeting a diverse range of clients from small shops to large corporations across varied industries, offering tailored sustainable solutions.

Manage and grow your sales pipeline, leveraging both company-supplied leads and your own initiatives, with a focus on exceeding targets through proactive and reactive strategies.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Utilise and update CRM systems, contributing to the team's collaborative efforts to push boundaries and achieve collective goals.

Who Are We Looking For?

Tenacious and passionate individuals with a flair for sales, eager to contribute to our mission of delivering eco-friendly solutions.

Self-motivated and ambitious, with a proven track record in sales (experience in waste management is a plus but not a necessity).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

A valid driving licence, as this role involves travel within the Yorkshire region.

Working Hours: The working hours for the Sales Representative are typically from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday​​.

Hybrid Setup: Hybrid working arrangement with >3 days spent out on the road and <2 days in the office.
